Terms and Conditions
	To be an authorized affiliate of Squeeze Theme, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using Squeeze Theme service as an affiliate. By signing up for Squeeze Theme affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. Important Note Squeeze Theme may change these terms of service at any time, without notification, though changes will be posted at here. Affiliates agree to abide by the changes within 7 days of the posting. Squeeze Theme Affiliate Payout * Currently Squeeze Theme affiliate payout structure is 30% commission payout per sale. * Squeeze Theme members must remain active and paid for at least 31 days before the commission payout will be issued. * Currently our affiliate program is powered through internal hosted software which is integrated with our PayPal shopping cart. * We have a minimum payout of $25. If the balance of an affiliate's account is less that $50 the balance will roll over to the following month or until the minimum payout balance is met. * We pay our affiliates on a monthly basis. PayPal payments are made between the 1st and 5th of each month, for the previous month's commissions. Squeeze Theme Does Not Permit * Affiliates must NOT use their own affiliate link to purchase the product. * Squeeze Theme has strict anti-spam policies regarding internet programs. Squeeze Theme does not condone spam by affiliates. This includes, but is not limited to, spam via email, instant messaging, ICQ, chat rooms, message boards, or online forums. Unsolicited advertising in any form is not condoned by Squeeze Theme in any manner. Any affiliate found to be involved in any of these type of activities will be terminated and shall expect no affiliate payment compensation. * Any affiliate whose site promotes or contains content pertaining to Warez, Bestiality, Rape, Child Pornography, acts of violence, or other illegal content will have their accounts terminated immediately. * Sites that promote illegal activity, terrorism, anti-government activity or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, sexual orientation or physical disability are not permitted to participate in Squeeze Theme's affiliate program. * Any affiliate who violates or infringes upon 3rd party copyright, trademark, patent, or any intellectual property rights will have their account terminated immediately, this includes, but is not limited, fraudulent activity against any other program. Squeeze Theme Reserves The Right... * Squeeze Theme reserves the right to terminate any affiliate for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud or suspected fraud. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the submission of unauthorized purchases, or providing unsolicited advertisements. * Affiliates will not receive referral commissions from referred purchases which are returned for any reason. * Squeeze Theme reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of their affiliate program without prior notice, including the right to discontinue this program. In the event that Squeeze Theme discontinues its affiliate program, it will pay all affiliates the balance of their accounts. * Squeeze Theme is not obligated in any way to reveal the reasons for termination of referred affiliates. * The affiliate agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Squeeze Theme and its directors, officers, agents, and employees for any and all losses, costs, liabilities or expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' and expert witnesses' fees) incurred or arising from: o any breach of Affiliate's Covenants o any user-generated content or o any claims arising from the sale or license of goods or services promoted or made available through the campaign. * Squeeze Theme's indemnity rights shall not be limited or offset by any contributory negligence by Squeeze Theme. Squeeze Theme may participate in the defense at its expense. * From time to time Squeeze Theme may send e-mail to affiliates with regard to system updates, promotions, or offers. Affiliates agree to receive this e-mail by signing up for Squeeze Theme Affiliate Program. This e-mail is provided on an opt-out basis -- an affiliate can unsubscribe from receiving these updates. What Is Required From The Affiliate? * Affiliates are required to enter their account details on our signup form. Currently affiliates are required to have a PayPal account. * The minimum age for participation is 18. * Squeeze Theme's service is made available to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", and Squeeze Theme makes no warranty as to its use or performance. * The potential affiliate warrants that he or she has the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and, if appropriate, has the authority to bind his or her principal or employers to the agreement. Squeeze Theme Affiliate Members Must * As an affiliate member YOU have to regard the following: upon termination of an affiliate's account, the affiliate member must immediately cease using Squeeze Theme names and images and representations of Squeeze Theme thereof on their site.
