To answer your questions:

1. Squeeze Theme is a separate theme. We are developing a plugin, called Squeeze Plugin, that will be possible to run on ANY theme.

2. Yes, multiple squeeze pages can be used on the same domain!

We definitely recommend using a service like Aweber in order to manage all of their opt-ins. Aweber's prices are affordable and their system has proven successful for many Internet and email marketers!

What should someone use to handle opt-ins? Should they go with a Wordpress plugin, or something off site like Aweber, or some other script on server?

1. SqueezeTheme is not a plugin component that runs alongside another theme right? It must be set as the overall theme used by the wordpress installation?

2. Can multiple squeeze pages be created on the same domain, each with its own complete customisation of layout, colours, navigation menu, etc?
