Affiliate Theme uses several custom fields in order to store the post image, conversion URL, button size, and sales caption. Luckily for you, we built these input fields directly into the “Add New Post” and “Edit Post” windows for WordPress.

All of these fields are optional, but you can use them to truly make your Affiliate Theme unique.

In order for you to display these custom fields, several values must be inputted into them, including:

Media – This should be the absolute URL (begins with http://) to your product image. We recommend keeping the image sizes square, meaning 125×125, 150×150, etc, but you can input any image size of your choice.

Conversion URL – This should be the absolute URL (begins with http://) to the URL you are sending traffic to. This creates the Call-To-Action button in your Affiliate Theme.

Sales Caption – This adds a smaller, sales caption beneath the post/offer title. You can use this for a sub-heading on your posts.

Button Width Optional value which allows you to change the width of the button if you are using irregular image sizes. An example value would be “250px”.
