Installing Squeeze Plug-in

Step 1: Download squeeze plugin from your account page on squeezetheme.com (make sure you keep it in the .zip format)

Step 2: Login to your WordPress dashboard

Step 3: Click on the drop down arrow to the right of the "Plugins" link on the left hand side, then select the "Add New" link

Step 4: Click on the "Upload" link and select the Squeeze Plugin from your computer using the "Browse" button, then click the "Install Now" button

Step 5: The last step in the process is to activate the plugin by clicking on the "Activate" button
